When --repo is passed to gh, the --head argument must include the owner in owner:branch format so GitHub can resolve the head SHA correctly. Without it the GraphQL API returns 'Head sha can't be blank'. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
