kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5.5 789c1a1b63 docs(web-app-mailu): point the mail server test link at a live service

The three workspace jobs of main run 38318560960 failed in test-external on
one URL: https://de.ssl-tools.net/mailservers/ in
roles/web-app-mailu/docs/Testing.md answers HTTP 404, and ssl-tools.net now
serves an empty page. The doc links the Internet.nl email test instead, which
checks STARTTLS, DANE, SPF, DKIM and DMARC of a mail domain.

Verified: the repository's own probe (_probe_with_retry in
tests/external/repository/test_urls_reachable.py) returns "fail HTTP 404" for
the old URL and "ok HTTP 200" for https://internet.nl/test-mail/ and for the
unchanged http://testemail.de/, and _extract_urls finds both links in the
changed file.
