kernel nfsd loopback-deadlocks in the shared-kernel DinD labs (reclaim -> writeback -> the same nfsd), wedging the heaviest labs per run, so CI can only ever cover ganesha. Make ganesha the single default in meta/services.yml and drop the per-variant RUNTIME switching; kernel remains available as a deliberate, untested per-inventory override.
