3a1ef70cbremoved the rerun workflow's rows from the actions configuration page and left two blank lines at the end of the file, which MD012 rejects. That is what failed the Lint job on777f7f0fa. The two Python files carry the reflow ruff 0.16.2 produces;6320da703brought that version in with the main merge. Committing it keeps the tree matching the formatter, since scripts/lint/python.sh runs ruff format in write mode and would otherwise rewrite them on every run.
