feat(nextcloud): increase resources for Talk and Talk Recording services

- increase Talk container resources to 2 CPUs and 2GB RAM (from 1 CPU / 1GB)
- raise memory reservation for Talk to 1GB to improve runtime stability
- increase Talk Recording memory limit from 4GB to 6GB for better ffmpeg/browser performance
- normalize formatting in talk_recording section

These changes improve audio/video stability and reduce artifacts during calls and recordings.
