fix(lint-ansible): exclude .claude/ to skip tooling-stub files

ansible-lint walked into `.claude/` and tripped on the 0-byte
placeholders `agents`, `commands`, `settings.local.json` left behind
by the Claude Code tooling — load-failure[not-found] is tagged
unskippable so .ansible-lint-ignore can't mute them. Add `.claude/`
to exclude_paths alongside .github/, .venv/, etc. so the pre-push
gate doesn't trip on tooling artefacts.
