The schema lint demands a delegation block whenever a role claims to act on the caller's behalf, pinning refresh, revocation and audience binding at one exact version, because a rendered deployment bearer is a service account whatever the metadata says. The lint can reject a missing block but cannot say why those three facts and no others, so the design note carries that. The requirement is brought up to date, and the agent cheatsheet gains the two worktree skills.
