Standardize the private inventory dir on the fully spelled "production" (matching inventories/development). Update the role README template (SPOT) and regenerate 153 role READMEs plus the admin deploy guide; add inventories/production/ to .gitignore, propagated to .dockerignore via make fix-dockerignore.
