kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5.5 33bb7e99e9 fix(lint): resolve puppeteer-core like node and keep other browser revisions
- browser_revision() reads revisions.js from the puppeteer-core that
  node resolves for mmdc's puppeteer: puppeteer/node_modules first, then
  the node_modules directories above it. When mermaid-cli pins another
  puppeteer-core, npm nests puppeteer's own copy, and the sibling held a
  different revision.
- A failed browser install removes only the directories of the pinned
  revision before the retry. Removing the whole chrome-headless-shell
  cache also deleted browsers that other puppeteer installs share.

Addresses the CodeRabbit review on #958.
