The check read df --output=pcent and judged every filesystem. The NVIDIA container toolkit mounts a 4 KiB tmpfs per CDI hook holding exactly one file, so it sits at 100% on every GPU host, no cleanup can ever change that, and the service failed the whole deploy with it. A filesystem now counts only from 64 MiB up, which keeps /boot and every real partition in. Smaller ones over the threshold are still reported, as INFO rather than WARNING, so a genuinely tiny filesystem does not vanish from the log; below the threshold they stay quiet. The warning also names the mountpoint now, where it used to print bare percentages that said nothing about which filesystem had filled up.
