Ran `python -m cli.contributing.requirements.archive` after marking all remaining acceptance criteria as `[x]` in: - 012 - Package Cache (Nexus 3 OSS) - 013 - Sub-Beta-to-Beta Lifecycle Promotion for `web-*` Roles - 015 - OpenCloud and OpenTalk IAM integration - 015 - Self-built Moodle image Their headings are appended to the `## Archive` block of `docs/requirements/README.md` and the per-requirement files are deleted.
