kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.7 d74b2bf5f7 chore(claude): grant gh cache write, generic /tmp redirect allow

Add ~/.cache/gh to sandbox allowWrite so gh CLI no longer needs an
XDG_CACHE_HOME=/tmp/... prefix, and replace the five XDG-prefixed allow
entries with two generic `* > /tmp/*` redirect entries that cover any
command capturing output into /tmp. Sync sandbox.md / settings.md /
security.md and normalize the allowWrite path enumerations.
