The tor extra-ports test carried '# noqa: SLF001' on the three lines that set lookup._templar and lookup._loader, which the test must do because the plugin reads the variables it is handed from them. Ruff reports no violation there any more, so RUF100 removed the directives as unused during make autoformat.

A suppression that suppresses nothing asserts a conflict that does not exist and invites the next reader to treat the access as a problem.
