The role stays inert on the single CI host, which holds no mesh, and its CLI test runs at the end of the deploy.
CI Deploy Scripts
This directory holds the executable CI deploy flows under scripts/tests/deploy/ci/.
For local deploy flows, use ../local/README.md.
