Drop the now-unused TAIGA_INSTANCE_DIRECTORY (its only consumer left
with the orphaned compose-inits render), mark the two discourse
launcher execs with the container-exec-resolver nocheck (the launcher
container is named literally in both modes), and purge narration
comments from the dotenv quote tests.
