playbooks/mesh.yml and playbooks/swarm-lab-passwordless-sudo.yml become
playbooks/lab/mesh.yml and playbooks/lab/passwordless-sudo.yml, next to
their own group_vars link, so playbooks/ can hold one folder per purpose.
The relative includes gain one level, and the swarm test helper and the
WireGuard role test point at the new paths.
