Moodle 5.3 upgrades no site older than 4.4. The image now also ships the
4.5.15 transit release (tracked by the version updater) and records which
release each shipped tree accepts as its oldest source. On start, the
entrypoint reads the release in the code volume, migrates a Bitnami-layout
volume to this image's layout, runs admin/cli/upgrade.php with the transit
tree first when the site is older than the pinned release's minimum source,
then with the pinned tree, and refuses to start over an empty database.

The entrypoint and its release library move to files/build/moodle/, the
core installers to files/build/install/moodle/, next to the plugin
installers, and their unit tests follow.
