The Joomla image never touches the core that sits in joomla_data, so an
old site kept its old core and the SSO task failed on a missing
extension:enable. The role now reads Version.php of the code volume and of
the image tree plus the version the database was finalised for, plans the
steps through the declared bridge releases (5.4.9, checksum pinned, with
its compat plugin states), lays each full package over the code volume
without its installation/ folder, runs the database and schema update with
files/php/core_update.php, and asserts one core at or above the image's.
A newer core than the image is left alone; a database that records another
version than the code volume stops the deploy.
