Fix: correct Docker Go template syntax in sys-ctl-rpr-docker-soft script ...

Replaced over-escaped '{{{{.Names}}}}' with proper '{{.Names}}'
in docker ps commands. This resolves 'failed to parse template:
unexpected "{" in command' errors during unhealthy/exited
container detection.
