Captures the unified `services.sso.{flavor,...}` target schema, the
per-role mapping for the 3 dual-block roles (bookwyrm → oauth2,
gitea/friendica → oidc), the 6-layer touchpoint inventory, the 7-step
atomic migration sequence, and the validation set. Plan only; no code
changes yet.
