- Always emit reserved flag in generated users (default: false)
- Do not override existing user definitions via --reserved-usernames
- Normalize description default to empty string
- Align unit tests with new reserved semantics
- Fix YAML quoting and trailing newline issues
- Clean up minor formatting and config inconsistencies
