The WriteAcp grant lands in roles/web-svc-seaweedfs/templates/s3.json.j2,
where store-i18n keeps the server templates; git's rename detection moved
the hunk there and roles/web-app-seaweedfs/templates/s3.json.j2 stays
absent. roles/web-svc-seaweedfs/README.md lists WriteAcp like the
web-app-seaweedfs README the hotfix updated.
