The test annotation summary rendered 595 warning rows inline, which pushed everything below it off the job summary page. Each level now sits inside a details block with its heading as the summary; errors keep `details open`, so a failure is never one collapsed section away from being missed. The blank line after the summary tag is load-bearing rather than cosmetic: GitHub parses a Markdown table inside an HTML block only when a blank line separates the two, and without it the page shows raw pipes. utils/github/pytest_summary.py already renders its slowest-first table that way, which is where the shape comes from.
