- Replace docker compose run with cli.deploy.development up/exec workflow
- Reuse existing stack (coredns + infinito) with healthcheck and entry init
- Preserve NIX flake non-interactive behavior inside container
- Ensure TEST_TYPE and TEST_PATTERN are validated and injected correctly
