Conflicts resolved:
- sys-front-inj-matomo: inject.yml keeps the store-i18n split; the cached
  failed site list load (5b7284c4a4) is ported into resolve_site.yml next
  to its token guard, and test_site_cache.py reads that file.
- web-app-bluesky: platform_administrator from store-i18n with the
  prefix-free handle and its i8- reserved variant from feature/updater;
  the broker CONFIG keeps siteTitle, storePath and chooseHandlePath.
- web-app-stalwart README: the managed Quick Setup section is dropped,
  the docs role renders it.
- README.md: the role overview is regenerated from the merged tree.
