- add strong_password Jinja2 filter as thin wrapper around ValueGenerator
- enforce password policy (upper, lower, digit, special, min length)
- replace insecure ascii-only password lookup with strong_password filter
- update CLI setup users and unit tests accordingly
- harden inventory sample password example
