New handler reads TEST_E2E_PLAYWRIGHT_STAGE_BASE_DIR from
roles/test-e2e-playwright/vars/main.yml (via ROLE_FILE_VARS_MAIN, plain
read_text line parse because env handlers bootstrap fresh hosts before
PyYAML exists) and publishes it as INFINITO_PLAYWRIGHT_STAGE_BASE_DIR.
rerun-spec.sh consumes the handler value and falls back to parsing the
same SPOT on DiD nodes without a generated .env, dropping its /tmp path
copy.
