kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 11ee28aa66 fix(ci): make act and actionlint accept queue

GitHub shipped the concurrency queue property on 2026-05-07. actionlint 1.7.12 and act v0.2.89 both predate it: actionlint reports an unexpected key, act refuses to parse the whole workflow. Ignore the finding in the lint call, and hand act a copy with those lines stripped so local iteration survives once the workflows use the key.

Lint Scripts

This directory contains scripts that run repository lint checks.

🧹 Execute focused lint checks for workflows, Ansible, Python, and shell scripts
🔎 Keep lint entry points small, explicit, and callable from make
✅ Separate lint execution from tool installation and environment bootstrap

The scope of this folder is lint execution. Tool installation belongs in scripts/install, while build and test workflows should stay in their dedicated script directories.
