kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 d0721d2e36 feat(credentials): add sk_prefixed value-generator algorithm
LiteLLM rejects user-supplied virtual keys that lack the sk- prefix
(HTTP 400 on POST /key/generate), so consumers of the shared gateway
need a credential that already carries it. Mirrors the existing
base64_prefixed_32 precedent: sk- plus 48 secure alphanumeric chars,
51 total, clearing the min_length: 50 validation the consumer schemas
declare.
