kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 483bb1512a refactor(ci): render per-mode plan at each discover job, drop Priority column

Move the plan table out of the standalone orchestrator Plan job into each
deploy mode's discover job (swarm/compose/host), so the table shows as a
run-summary spot on the orchestrator that will run it. Drop the redundant
Priority column since the Triggered column already carries the star.

This directory contains contributor guidance for project tools. Its scope is how repository-standard tools should be used, when they apply, and where they fit into the wider workflow.

CLI Helpers 🛠️

Helper	Purpose
