Add the i8* terminal aliases (make install-alias) and ai8* agent conversation shortcuts (docs/.../agents/alias.md), move skill distribution to the external INFINITO_SKILLS_REPOSITORY (make install-skills), and add make cheat, make alias and make onboard. Introduce custom.env operator overrides (win over defaults and handlers) and pin INFINITO_ALIAS_MD / INFINITO_ALIAS_REPOSITORY / INFINITO_SKILLS_REPOSITORY in default.env. Drop the in-repo skills-lock.json and its update-skills CI job. AGENTS.md instructs agents to suggest the matching cli/prompt alias when an operator writes something an alias covers. Lints enforce alias sorting, i8/ai8 prefixes, no consonant clusters, full make-target coverage, and terminal/agent shortcut non-overlap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Agent Aliases ⌨️
This file defines the Infinito.Nexus-specific shortcuts operators use in conversations with the agent. When an operator message contains a shortcut from the table below, the agent MUST expand it to the listed meaning and MUST act on the expanded instruction.
Portable, project-agnostic shortcuts (commit, stage, make test, …) live in the shortcuts skill from the skills repository, installed via make install-skills.
Run make alias to print these shortcuts, the portable ones, and the terminal aliases on the CLI.
The effective table is the INFINITO_ALIAS_MD value in the generated .env; override it via custom.env as described in customize.md to use your own table.
A custom table MUST use the same markdown table format with backtick-quoted shortcuts in the first column.
Every shortcut MUST start with ai8 and MUST NOT place two consonants next to each other in its name.
The table MUST stay sorted ascending by shortcut and its shortcuts MUST NOT collide with the effective terminal aliases; the test suite enforces all of this against the generated .env.
