- Dockerfile: build & install gunicorn wheels
- compose: run initdb before start; use `python -m gunicorn`
- env: add POSTGRES_* and BookWyrm Redis aliases (BROKER/ACTIVITY/CACHE) + CACHE_URL
- vars: add cache URL, DB indices, and URL aliases for Redis
