Environment TestandClaude Opus 4.6 53efeb7eb7 docs(agents): add Playwright Spec Loop with rerunner script

Adds the documented inner-loop workflow for iterating role-local
Playwright specs against a live stack without a full redeploy, plus
the helper script that reuses the existing staging dir, rendered .env,
and container image defaults so no new TEST_E2E_PLAYWRIGHT_* override
mechanism is introduced.
