kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 399f960dfb feat(swarm): capture the contents of the state volumes in the rescue dump

The dump listed the state path itself, so the volume directories showed up but
nothing inside them. Ownership questions about a specific file were therefore
unanswerable from the artifact alone, which is how a permission failure on a
database file cost two investigations without ever being settled.

Records mode, numeric owner and size one level in. Numeric because the
container uids have no names on the nfs server, and those uids are what the
questions are about.

Script Collection

This directory contains automation scripts used across the project.

system/ contains host and system-facing helpers.
container/ contains helpers that run inside the local container.
github/ contains GitHub workflow helper scripts.
For the canonical Make target index, see make.md.

The scope of this folder is script organization at the repository level. Detailed responsibilities belong in the README files of the respective subdirectories.
