f660dd6bd wrote the placeholder into a parameter expansion, `${INFINITO_IMAGE:-<none, bootstrap will build it>}`, which tests/lint/filesystem/shell/test_no_infinito_defaults.py rejects: an INFINITO_* default in a shell file is a second source next to default.env that drifts silently, and only the empty form is allowed. It was the sole failure of test-lint.

Split the message into the resolved and the unresolved case instead of suppressing the lint; the output is also no longer self-contradictory, since 'published <none>' could not both be true.
