Two hub-and-spoke meshes over the five hosts default.env already names, with the manager as the only member of both and therefore the router between the swarm and data planes. Records the three consequences of that shape as accepted rather than hiding them: the hub carries worker-to-worker overlay traffic, it carries all worker storage traffic because workers are not data-plane members, and losing its tunnel stops running containers in a way plain swarm does not. The subnet-collision criterion comes from the topology rather than the design: the lab underlay is 192.168.244.0/24, Docker holds 10.208.0.0/12, and per-role subnets sit in the lower 192.168.0.0/16, so a mesh has to be allocated clear of all three and checked before a deploy.
