Atlassian applications refuse to start on data a newer build wrote, after
the old container is gone. Before the stack starts, each role compares
the build number of the data with the build of the pinned image
(files/python/build_guard.py) and stops the deploy with both builds named
when the data is newer. Confluence reads the build from the home in its
volume; Jira reads it from the database (files/sql/data_build.sql), so its
guard needs the database reachable before the stack starts.
