compose.yml first renders before the role writes its config and secret
files, so the content-hash names from the compose_volumes lookup describe
the previous deploy and the next unchanged deploy recreates the stack once
more. A flush handler now recomputes only those <entity>_<key>_<sha8> names
from the files with the lookup's own naming function, on the controller like
the render, so render and flush always agree. Re-rendering the template in
the handler would run in the scope of the include that loaded it and lose
role switches set only on the notifying task.
