kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 2bdeebc9e5 fix(worktree): stop prune from unregistering live worktrees

Staleness was decided by reading gitdir inside the metadata dir. Under the agent sandbox that dir is pinned as read-only bind mounts, so a live worktree can read as having no gitdir at all -- prune then removed gitdir and HEAD and left the checkout as 'fatal: not a git repository' with no way back. Decide liveness from git's own worktree list plus each checkout's .git pointer instead, keep entries whose checkout base is not visible rather than guessing, drop the expected EBUSY noise, and report the pinned leftovers once with the command that clears them.

Script Collection

This directory contains automation scripts used across the project.

system/ contains host and system-facing helpers.
container/ contains helpers that run inside the local container.
github/ contains GitHub workflow helper scripts.
For the canonical Make target index, see make.md.
🛠️ Organize operational helpers for development, CI, release, and maintenance
🧭 Separate responsibilities into focused subdirectories with clear scope
📚 Keep script-based workflows discoverable and easier to navigate

The scope of this folder is script organization at the repository level. Detailed responsibilities belong in the README files of the respective subdirectories.
