Every account ran about six JMAP calls of three Ansible tasks each through jmap_call.yml, 80 s for 7 accounts on echoserver. Each phase now sends one request for all accounts: one x:Account/set creates them all (ids from created or, on alreadyExists, from notCreated.objectId), one updates the passwords of the accounts that already existed, and the app-password phases (list, mint, retire, drop) carry one method call per bot, each addressing its bot through accountId, in chunks of STALWART_JMAP_MAX_METHOD_CALLS (Stalwart's default maxMethodCalls, 16). jmap_call.yml retries and asserts on every method response of a batch, and a refusal names its owner through the call id. A create refused for a reason other than alreadyExists now fails the deploy instead of being skipped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
