The inner-loop rerunner copied only top-level *.js and personas/, never the role's addons/ (or fixtures/) tree, so addon-spec edits were invisible and every rerun silently used the stale deploy-time addon specs. Mirror the deploy-time stager so addon coverage reruns against the edited repo copy.
