kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 a9072d251c fix(ci): use venv python in discover step so variant-bundle expander has deps
The deploy-matrix discovery ran `python3 -m utils.github.variant_bundles`
with the runner system python, which lacks PyYAML, so importing get_variants
failed (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named yaml). Source
scripts/meta/env/python.sh to use the venv `make install` populates (pip
install -e . puts PyYAML there), matching how the rest of the toolchain
resolves PYTHON.
