Add tests/lint/ansible/services/test_variants_shared_false_once.py enforcing the one-local-provider-variant limit on services.<key>.shared: false pins, document the variants-shared-false-once suppression marker, and flip the database service (mariadb/postgres/redis) to shared: true across the erpnext, funkwhale, shopware, snipe-it, suitecrm, taiga, xwiki and zammad variants to comply.
