kevinveenbirkenbach 19de80b506 fix(sign-push): sign via rebase -S instead of exec amend

The --exec 'git commit --amend --allow-empty --no-edit -S' pattern
multiplied identical-tree empty commits during a rebase-merges run
(observed: 3 upstream empties became 16 locally). git rebase -S signs
every rewritten commit natively, without the amend loop, while still
preserving merges via --rebase-merges.

Git Workflow Helpers 🔐

This is the SPOT for Git workflow helper scripts under scripts/git/. These helpers own the Git operations that the Claude sandbox denies, so they run under the operator's control with access to ~/.gnupg and interactive pinentry. For the canonical command index, see make.md.
