kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 0ca2ed56c3 fix(swarm-test): align roundtrip swarm gate to the live workflow step name

The gate grepped a stale step-name marker ("across variant rounds") that never appears
in the act log, so every swarm leg false-failed even on a passing deploy. Match the
actual workflow step name instead.

Script Collection

This directory contains automation scripts used across the project.

system/ contains host and system-facing helpers.
container/ contains helpers that run inside the local container.
github/ contains GitHub workflow helper scripts.
For the canonical Make target index, see make.md.

The scope of this folder is script organization at the repository level. Detailed responsibilities belong in the README files of the respective subdirectories.
