kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.7 7b77b28c26 refactor(cli/meta/services/called): use hyphen separator in category keys

`categories_of()` now emits the sub-level key with the same hyphen
the role-id already uses (`web-app`, `svc-bkp`, `sys-ctl`) instead of
the dot-form (`web.app`, `svc.bkp`, `sys.ctl`). Reads cleanly against
the role naming convention and removes the only place in the
matching layer where role-id segments got rewritten.

Updates the matching unit tests and the only consumer annotation
that referenced the dot form (`sys-ctl-cln-bkps`).
