Kevin Veen-Birkenbach c06d1c4d17 Refactor yay update handling: 
- Move AUR update task into dev-yay role
- Centralize defaults (AUR_HELPER, AUR_BUILDER_USER, etc.)
- Remove separate update-yay role (redundant)
