A service entity can list canonical domain keys under `domains`; the web health expectations skipped them only while the service was disabled. A consumer whose service is enabled but shared does not serve its own domain for it either, since the provider serves the service on its own domain, so the probe failed with an unrecognised TLS name. Domains of an enabled and shared service are now skipped as well. The only other entity with `domains` (web-app-seaweedfs frontend) is never shared, so its behaviour is unchanged.
