Two checks were looking where nothing is any more.
test_mcp_contract_digest resolved the adapter scripts under
roles/svc-ai-mcp-adapter/files, which dfe7a7fdd emptied into files/python.
test_mcp_reconcile_placement searches tasks/stages/02_server.yml for a
marker string to prove the MCP reconciliation runs after the app pass and
before its reader, otherwise it converges against providers that have not
written their credentials yet. The stage now includes
./tasks/utils/setup/group.yml, not tasks/groups/.
The second is the worse failure: a search pattern that no longer matches
raises nothing, so the ordering assertion had quietly stopped asserting.
Both targets verified: the adapter scripts are under files/python, and
02_server.yml:26 carries the new string.

Structure Lint 📏
Repository-wide structural limits: per-folder item count, per-file Python line cap, and inline shell-script block size.
Tests in this directory MUST only cover size/count thresholds on tracked files and folders. Naming, content, and dependency rules MUST live under their respective sibling clusters.
