kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 f2825407f6 fix(web-app-nextcloud): disable files_linkeditor on nc33 (removed New-menu API)

files_linkeditor 1.1.25 registers its New-link entries via the legacy fileList.newFileMenu API that Nextcloud removed in the v28 Files rewrite, so the entries never render on nc33 (the menu opens and every other addon registers, this one is absent) - network-independent, not Tor-related. Disable the addon and let its spec skip via skipUnlessAddonEnabled until an upstream version using addNewFileMenuEntry ships.
